Fairytale Villa is a beautiful vacation rental home 5 minutes from Walt Disney World. It is under new ownership as of August 2017, and we have repainted, redecorated and themed this house with Fairytale décor! It has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 2 master suites.
This spacious villa sleeps 10 people in total comfort. The functional floorplan boasts a bright, open living area with a separate dining area and kitchen. The giant, 32-foot, southern facing swimming pool and attached spa is surrounded by a screen enclosure and privacy fence. No vacation home is complete without a game room and this one is no exception, featuring a pool table, foosball table and electronic soft-tip dart board.

The Living Area

Fairytale Villa features the best floorplan in Indian Creek. The living area is spacious and bright with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. The bedrooms are all located around this central room for that much needed feeling of privacy when with a larger group!

There is 65-inch wall mounted flat screen TV with free cable as well as a wall-mounted entertainment shelf housing the Microsoft Xbox One along with a collection of movies and games to enjoy.

There is also complimentary high-speed wireless internet and a wireless printer which works with NFC and Wi-Fi,so you can print those boarding passes or park tickets right from your smart phone or tablet!

Dining & Kitchen Area
The open kitchen is kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with filtered water and ice
All the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are there including plastic dishes and glasses.

The dining area, while fully open to the living area, is large enough that furniture from neither room is crowding the other. There is seating for six in the dining area and another six in the breakfast nook.

Bedrooms
Stretch out in comfort on the king-sized bed and relax with your own flat screen TV. The king bathroom features a huge garden tub as well as a walk-in shower stall.
The walk-in closet provides plenty of space for clothes and you can secure your valuables in the hotel-style safe located in the king suite closet. The king bathroom has its own exit to the lanai. |

From the comfort of the queen bed, in this second master suite, you can watch your own flat-screen TV in private. The queen bathroom features a tub shower and also has its own private exit to the lanai.

The second queen bedroom has a large, arched window for plenty of light and its own wall-mounted, 32-inch, flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom does not have its own bathroom, but the first of the four full bathrooms is the next door on the left

The first kid’s bedroom is newly repainted and redecorated with a Shrek theme! It has a twin over double bunk bed and its own 28-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV.

The second kid’s bedroom is newly repainted and redecorated with a Frozen theme! It has two twin beds and its own 28-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV.

Poolside

The covered lanai offers a break from the sun or rain and has plenty of towel and bathing suit hangers. Both master baths have doors to the lanai, so no need to walk through the house with wet feet when nature calls. |
The 32-foot southern facing pool has an attached spa with a spillway into the pool and is surrounded by a privacy fence. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all.
If you are visiting in the cooler months, pool and spa heat is available for an additional charge.
