Our Luxury Villa is located on the Indian Creek Community, situated on an extended plot with a private southerly aspect, the villa comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is air-conditioned and has an extended deck area with a patio furniture enclosing a fully screened, heated (30ft x 15ft) pool and spa / kiddies paddling pool. It will sleep 8 people in its 2 double and 2 twin bedded rooms and a further 2 people on a queen size bed settee in the living room.

The Living Area
	The gathering room (living room) has 1 three-seater settee and 2 two-seater settees, a coffee table and 27 " cable television and DVD player, with Georgian style patio doors leading onto the 14ft deep covered lanai area.
Kitchen & Breakfast Area
The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery.
	There is a separate breakfast table.
Dining Area
The bay area contains a dining table and 4 chairs whilst the dinning room conveniently situated adjacent to the kitchen will seat up to 10 people.
Bedrooms
	The master bedroom containing a king size bed has full en suite facilities comprising a garden tub and large walk in shower. There is also a 19" cable TV and VCR.
The second double room is also en suite.
	The 2 twin bedded rooms one of which is Disney themed share an en suite shower room conveniently situated next to the lanai and pool area.
	Private pool area
The pool area has an extended deck area with patio furniture, enclosing a fully screened, heated (30ft x 15ft) pool and spa / kiddies paddling pool.
