The fully equipped kitchen has ample cupboard space and includes an electric cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, telephone plus all the crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery you may need. |
There is also a range of kitchen ware safe to use around the pool and sun deck. There is a table and six chairs in the dining area of the kitchen.
The laundry facilities with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located at the rear of the garage. |

The twin bedded room is situated at the side of the villa and shares a bathroom with the Queen bedroom. |

Private pool area
The south facing pool together with the sun deck is contained within its own screening.
You also benefit from increased privacy as the pool and Hot tub are fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. |

The pool and hot tub can be reached through the French doors at the south facing end of the Living room, the main bedroom and the second bathroom.
All doors leading to the pool area are fitted with hard wired alarms to comply with Florida State Law. |
